Welcome back to Carrie’s Corner!

Our Weekly Features for the week of September 8-12

Our Classic Kitchen will feature a student favorite of baked ziti with meat sauce. We will have street tacos with chicken and variety of salsas, followed by the Bahn Mi turkey burger, chicken tenders and Italian hot sausage sandwich. As a note baked chicken breast is always available. Included with the entree is a starch and vegetable daily.
We have pizza everyday. Friday always features our regular pizza plus a special addition. This week we are having Veggie Pizza. We can make Gluten free pizza. Please ask your student to request the pizza the day before they would like to have it and we will have it hot and ready for them.
Our Vegetarian options for this week will be a baked ziti with sauce, roasted root vegetables street tacos, tofu and veggie stir fry, macaroni and cheese and veggie pizza.
Our special composed salads of the week feature Cucumber and Tomato Salad, BLT Chopped Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Greek Salad and Crispy Chicken salad.
We will be featuring the following soups: Potato Leek Soup, Stuffed Pepper Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, Minestrone Soup, Chicken and Wild Rice Soup.
Our Weekly sandwiches are a Greek Chicken Wrap and a California Turkey Ciabatta at the Deli.
Desserts are Warm Cinnamon Apples, Key Lime Cheesecake Bar, Honeydew, Rice Krispie Treat and a Strawberry Mango Juice Rush Cup.

Our Weekly Features for the week of September 15-19

Our Classic Kitchen this week has Philly Cheesesteaks, Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, Oven Fried Chicken Quarters, Breakfast for Lunch featuring Pancakes and Baja Fish Tacos. As a note baked chicken breast is always available. Included with the entree is a starch and vegetable daily.
We have pizza everyday. Friday always features our regular pizza plus a special addition. This week we are having Veggie Supreme Pizza.
Our Vegetarian options for this week will be Veggie Pita, Grilled Cheese, Baked Sesame Tofu, Pancakes and Veggie Supreme Pizza.
Our special composed salads of the week feature Chicken Caesar Salad, Sesame Ginger Pasta Salad, Root Vegetable Salad with Arugula, Chicken Bacon Salad, Chopped Salad.
We will be featuring the following soups: Italian Wedding Soup, Vegetable Tortellini Soup, Spicy Thai Chicken Soup, Baked Potato Soup, Beef Noodle Soup.
Our Weekly sandwiches are BLT and Chicken Caesar Wrap.
Desserts are Cookies and Cream Brownie, Grapes, Mississippi Tea Cakes, Fresh Strawberries and Whipped Cream, Cherry Blue Raspberry Juice Rush Cup.

The menu can be viewed showing nutrition and allergy information and also by clicking the second tab you can see a nicer condensed view of what is being served. The view of the menu with the nutrition and allergy information runs on the cafeteria computer screens before and during lunch. The nicer menu is posted at the start of the service line daily.
