Welcome back to Carrie’s Corner!
Our Weekly Features for the week of November 17-21
Our Classic Kitchen will feature Monthly Burger Bar, Quesadillas, Ramen Noodle bowl Bar featuring favorites of K-pop demon hunters, Salmon for the upper school and Fish Sticks for the lower school and Hawaiian Tailgate sliders! Entree’s are served with two sides daily.
We have pizza everyday. Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza is available daily with Mediterranean Vegetable being our the special pizza this Friday. We can make Gluten free pizza. Please ask your student to request the pizza the day before they would like to have it and we will have it hot and ready for them.
Our Vegetarian options for this week will be Garden Burger Patty, Cheese Quesadilla, Vegetable Ramen with Tofu, Crispy Roasted Tofu with citrus Sauce.
Special composed salads of the week are Cobb Salad, Balsamic Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad, Chicken Taco Salad and Tossed Salad with Ranch Dressing.
We will be featuring the following soups: Chicken Noodle Soup, French Onion Soup, Beef with Chili and Beans, Autumn Chowder and Chicken and Wild Rice Soup.
Our Weekly sandwiches are Ham, Swiss and Apple Wrap and Chicken Sandwich with Bacon.
Desserts are Baked Apples with Streusel, Fresh Honeydew, Mochi, Chocolate Chip Cookie and either a Scooter Crunch Bar or Blue Raspberry Ice Pop.
Our Weekly Features for the week of December 1-5
Our Classic Kitchen General Tso’s Chicken, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Buffalo Chicken Spicy Slaw Sandwich, Walking Taco’s and Pierogis.
We have pizza everyday. Friday always features our regular pizza plus a special addition. This week we are having Sausage Pizza. We can make Gluten free pizza. Please ask your student to request the pizza the day before they would like to have it and we will have it hot and ready for them.
Our Vegetarian options for this week will be General Tso’s Tofu, Spaghetti with Sauce, Plant Based Buffalo Chicken Tender Sandwich, Vegan Chorizo Walking Tacos, Pierogis.
Our special composed salads of the week feature Spinach Bacon and Parmesan Salad, Cous Cous Tabbouleh, Antipasto Salad, Citrus Ambrosia Salad, BLT Chopped Salad.
We will be featuring the following soups: Italian Wedding Soup, Broccoli Cheese Soup, Beef Noodle Soup, Vegetable Barley Soup and White Chicken Chili.
Our Weekly sandwiches are Chicken Club Wrap and Turkey Reuben.
Desserts are Grapes, Strawberry Pretzel Salad, Honeydew, Sugar Cookie, Blue Raspberry Ice pop or Cotton Candy frozen Yogurt Twister Cup.
You can always get to the menu through Carrie’s Corner in your biweekly newsletter and from mywt.org by clicking resources, dining and in the first paragraph clicking menu. The menu can be viewed showing nutrition and allergy information and also by clicking the second tab you can see a nicer condensed view of what is being served. The view of the menu with the nutrition and allergy information runs on the cafeteria computer screens before and during lunch. The nicer menu is posted at the start of the service line daily.
